Breathe:

5 in – 5 hold – 10 out – 5 hold x 6.

General Warm-up:

Tabata Burpees w/Nasal Breathing (Might have to Slow rate to allow for Nasal breathing).

Mobility:

Figure 4 on the floor – 1 minute each side, Pigeon Steretch – 1 minute each side, Pec Stretch – 1 minute each side.

Part 1:

Tabata Core – Tabata Plank & Tabata Hollow Hold. 1 minute rest between.

Part 2:

“Tabata Something Else”

Pullups, Pushups, Situps, Squats.

Scale:

Pullups => Ring Rows, Pushups => Box

Cooldown:

Walk 200m

Notes:

Pick a pace you can manage and try to work the full time.
