RX 95/65. L2 75/50, L1 55/35.
Rnd 1: P1 – 1 Thruster / P2 – 1 Burpee, Rnd 2: P1 – 2 Burpees / P2 – 2 Thrusters and so on. Once you get to Rnd 10 start working back down.
Notes: Stimulus – Muscular endurance/endurance.
Working with high HR. Athletes should choose a weight they can do 10 Thrusters in 30 sec with. Team has 1 min to complete work.
