Warm Up:
2x
20 Mountain Climbers
10 Burpees
10 Side Lunges

Stretch/Mobility:
T-Spine Rotations, 5 each side
T-Opener – 1 minute
Pec Stretch – 1 minute each side
Roll Back in OH position – 1 minute

Part 1:

Snatch Warm up
Burgerner Warm Up from hang with PVC or similar or empty BB

5 Down/Up (speed thru the middle)
5 High Pulls (keep bar close)
5 Muscle Snatch (quick elbow turn over)
4 OH Squat Drops

With WOD weight
12 Alternating DB/KB Hang Power Snatch or BB
5 Push ups
5 Squats 

Part 2:

3 Round For Time of

20 Alternating DB/KB Hang Snatch, 15 Push Ups, 20 Squats
