Burgerner Warm Up from hang with PVC or similar or empty BB
5 Down/Up (speed thru the middle)
5 High Pulls (keep bar close)
5 Muscle Snatch (quick elbow turn over)
4 OH Squat Drops
With WOD weight
12 Alternating DB/KB Hang Power Snatch or BB
5 Push ups
5 Squats
