Strength: 2000m Row
WOD: “Aftermath”
AMRAP 15 – 50 Speed Steps, 5 Pullups(scale:jumping), 200m Run, 5 Pushups, 50 DU(100 SU), 5 Ring Dips.
Add 5 Pullups, Pushups, Dips each time you complete a round.
Notes: 2000m row test should be max effort. WOD will get tougher as you go but you can push yourself on the gymnastic movements
