We have a fun, challenging, fast-paced workout today!
Even as you get fatigued on those wall walks, be sure to focus on maintaining a solid midline and controlling the return to the floor, versus crashing down.
Our goal today is to get as many of you as possible to do some variation of the wall walk, even if it means shortening the range of motion.
Note that the row is NOT a rest. Push the pace on this workout!
After the workout, we’ll work on some piked push-ups and seated leg raises.
