Part 1: Weighted Sit-ups 10,10,10, 5, 5, add weight each set. Rest 2 min btw.
Part 2: “Unbreakable”
30-25-20-15-10 of Unbroken Wall Balls & Unbroken Double Unders.
After 3 attempts at either do 5 burpees and move on (12 min Cap)
RX+ 30/20, Rx 20/14, L2 16/10, L1 12/6, Same WB you normally use.
Notes: Compare to 4/14/15, WOD should be hard and quick. Make sure you are ready for each exercise before starting.
