Athletes should keep moving, using the farmers carries as a chance to catch their breath before hitting each new round of man makers.

Athletes should complete unbroken farmers carries throughout the workout.

DB man makers (50/35 lb)
– Perform a 100-m farmers carry after each set.
– Use two DBs.

DB man makers (40/25 lb)
100-m farmers carry between sets
– Perform a 100-ft farmers carry after each set.
– Use two DBs.

Today we have a grip intensive grind of a DB workout.

You’ll move back and forth between descending reps of DB man maker sets and a 100-m farmers carry between each set.

Push to keep moving on the man makers at a consistent pace. This isn’t a movement that you can typically sprint through, but it is one that you should always be able to do one more rep of.

Choose a DB load that allows for less rest time and more grind time.

Hit the farmers carries unbroken, and leave it all on the floor!
