Part 2: “Cinco”

5 Rounds of AMRAP 5 of 5 Deadlifts, 100 DU, AMRAP Burpees over bar.

2 min of rest btw

RX 80-85% 1RM, L2 75-80%, L1 70-75% 

Score is Burpees over bar

Notes: Your deadlifts should be a weight that is challenging that you can’t do TNG for all 5 reps.You should have about 2 min left over for burpees, keep moving.

Scaling: DL -> Heavy KBx2 Deadlifts, BOB -> Regular Burpees/or step over bar. DU -> SUx2. Scale to a point that you have at least 1 minute to do burpees, if less time scale DU/SU back.
