We are wrapping up the week with a longer workout that can develop our sprint endurance. Your goal is to maintain a faster cycle time during each round.
Partners should try to partner up with others who are of similar fitness ability. You want to keep all rounds under 2:00.
Challenge If you know you are capable of performing this workout Rx’d and mostly unbroken, try to attempt legless rope climbs climbs throughout the workout.
Prior to today’s workout, you will perform two tests you will retest later in the month on 12/17/21. First, you will perform a max double under test. We recommended everyone who has double unders or thinks they are close to getting them to try this test. Only perform single under if you are absolutely sure you can’t do double unders. Second, we will perform a max distance handstand walk in 4:00. We will only have three options for the handstand walk. You will handstand walk, handstand hold (wall or free), or perform a max set of push-ups (floor or box). Pick the option you feel you will be able to improve on throughout the month, and then retest in a few weeks.
