Warm-up:
AMWUP 5 of 5 Inchworms, 5 V-Ups, 10 Single Leg Deadlifts (5 each leg), 10 Kettlebell Circles on 1 leg (5 each way/leg)
Mobility:
Prayer Stretch – 1 minute, Couch Stretch – 1 minute each leg, 20 Pass Thru’s, Pancake Stretch – 1 min
Part 1 (8 min):
EMOM 8 – 8 to 12 Weighted Situps. Choose reps and weight that you can do for all rounds
Part 2 (12-15 min):
4 RFT of 30 Russian KBS, 20 Goblet Squats, 10 KB S2O (each arm). ( ~3+ minutes per round)
Cooldown:
Roll Quads – 1 minute, Up dog -1 minute
