Less Calories


Our goal today is to learn how to start fast and settle in to a pace. We have a workout that is very mentally demanding, as the workout becomes more and more challenging as time goes on. We should look to start at a fast pace in order to buy ourselves more rest. As we get into later rounds, we need to find a more manageable pace as the rest becomes smaller. Our pace should start out feeling like a sprint, then progress to something more manageable, and eventually return to a sprint in the final rounds! Earlier rounds will feel somewhat easy, but don’t let this trick you. Stay focused and set your pace. Our goal is to get more than 10 rounds with roughly half of them being quite difficult to finish.
