Ideally push-ups are done in 3 sets or less.

Athletes who have sets of 5+ push-ups should do this one RX’d

After yesterday’s synchronized partner workout, today you get to hit it hard and fast with this couplet.

You should be able to get through the double-unders in :90 or less each round, so scale accordingly if needed.

We’d like to see the push-ups in 3 sets or less, but if you can maintain sets of 5 push-ups, go ahead and tackle this RX’d to work on your push-up capacity.

Before class, we’ll hit some running skill-work (weather permitting).
