Part 1: 10 minutes DU Practice
Part 2: AMRAP 9 – 1 Cal Row, 10 DU, 2 Cal Row, 20 DU, 3 Cal Row, 30 DU……and so on.
Notes: Part 1: You can use wiffle balls, penguin taps, etc to work on drills or work on a consistent number every 30-40 sec. Part 2: 1st 3,4 rounds will go very fast, relax on DU’s. **Do not have to reset rowers.
