General Warm Up:

2 Sets of
1 minute  Jump Rope
10 Glute Bridges
10  Burpees

Stretch/Mobility:
Knight to Hamstring – 1 minute per side
Calf Stretch –  1 minute per side
Pec Stretch – 1 minute per side

Specific Warm Up:
5 Reps of each exercise in WOD

WOD:

On a running clock for 15 minutes

Minute 1 – 30 Step Back Lunges.
  Minute 2 – 12 Burpees.
Minute 3 – 12 Push Ups.
Minute 4 – 15 Ab Mat Sit ups.
Minute 5 – 15 Jumping Squats,
Repeat for 3 sets 

Rx – As is, L2 – 25/10/10/12/12, L1 20/8/8/10/10

Scale/Notes:

Choose quantities that keep you working no longer than ~45 seconds

Cooldown:
Roll Low Back, Quads and Hamstrings
