Warm-up:
Run/Row/Bike 2 min then 3 Rnds of 5 Pushups, 5 Situps, 10 Sampson Stretch.
Part 1:
EMOM 8 – 8 Front Raises (Banded, DB/KB/Plate)
Alternate Part 1:
If you have a barbell. E2MO2M 8 – 5 Power Snatch, same light weight working on form.
Part 2:
4 Rounds of 1 Min Ground to Overhead(Same weight as Part 1), 1 Min Jumprope (Choice), 1 min Situps, 1 min of rest Score is total reps.
Scale/Sub: G2O => Use DB (or 2), KB or Alternate Arms, Use Sandbag or any odd heavy object.
