5 slow Squats, (2 down – pause 1 – 2 up)
Mobility:
10 T-Spine Rotation, 20m Tip Toe Walk
Part 1:
3 sets of 12 Light Bicep Curls (per arm) with 1 minute Plank in between sets
Part 2:
EMOM 30 (:45 work, :15 to transition) Rotating through 4 exercises with 1 minute rest between sets
A: Plank Pull Through
B: Dot Drill
C: Squat Hold
D: Speed Steps/SU
