EMOM 18:
Min 1 – 5 DL,
Min 2 – 5 Cleans,
Min 3 – 5 Push Press.
Use 60% 1RM for each movement, share bars if needed.
Notes: Go hard on your runs, you will get a decent rest on walk back. EMOM should give you ~40 sec rest.
