Part 1: “140801” 8 Rounds of 400m Run, Rest 90 seconds

Scale: 300m Run, 500m Row

Notes: Stimulus = Endurance.

With the rest the mile times should be faster than each athletes average mile time without rest. ie. An 8 min mile time should be less than 2 min per 400m run. Try to work consistency and not fall off the 400m times by much.
