Part 1: Weighted Pullups. Build to a heavy single in 5 or 6 sets
Part 2: For Time:
150/120 Cal Row
-Every 2 mins 10 Push Ups, 10 KBS
*20 min Time Cap
RX 53/35, L2 44/26, L1/35/18
Scale: Part 1 -Weighted Pullups -> 6×3 Strict, Banded, Negatives (Every 2 minutes)
Part 2 – Row-> less cal, Pushups -> Bar/Box/Reps
Notes: Stimulus = Endurance
Part 1- Build to heavy.
Part 2 -It should not take more than ~1 min for PU & KBS, scale the reps if taking longer. You should avg about 10-20 Cal per 2 min, if less scale total Cal down.
