Part 2: AMRAP 10 – 2 WBS, 2 T2B, 25 DU/SU.
Double the T2B and WBS every round. DU/SU stay constant.

Scale: T2B -> K2W (same #’s)
Notes: Stimulus – Endurance and pacing.
Part 1 – weight should start light and build slowly with 10 reps each round. Part 2 – 1st 3 rounds will go really fast, 16’s and on will drag if not paced properly.
