Mobility:

Banded Tri Stretch – 1 minute per arm, Couch Stretch – 1 min per side.

Warm-up 2:

AMWUP 5 – 25 SU, :20 sec Plank, 5 Banded Thrusters, 5 Tuck Jumps.

Part 1:

EMOM 10 – Odd: DU practice, Even: Plank

Part 2:

Buy-in: 200 DU then 50,40,30,20,10 of Wallballs and Abmat Situps.

RX 20/14, L2 16/12, L1 12/8

Cooldown:

Foam Roll Quads and Calves.

Notes:

Break up into workable sets with larger numbers and try to go unbroken as they get smaller.
