WOD: “Angie” For time:
100 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
100 Sit-ups
100 Squats
Scale: “An-Gee” 10 Rnds of 10 Pullups, 10 Pushups, 10 Situps, 10 Squats, Partner WOD, 1/2 Angie. Pullups => Ring Rows, Pushups =>Box.
Notes: Stimulus = Muscle Endurance. If you are not ready for 100 reps at one time you should do “Angee” or Partner WOD.
