This single-modality monostructural conditioning workout balances out yesterday’s heavy day!

The first three sets should be between 2:00-3:00 at a pace that feels like a, “controlled sprint.”

If the last two sets take longer than 3:00, ensure they are still less than 3:30.

The goal of today is to move at a pace that feels strong on the first set, challenging on the second, “worrisome” on the 3rd and 4th, and a push to empty the tank on the 5th!
