General Warm Up:
AMRAP 6 – 10 Squats, 10 Empty BB Rows, 10 Tuck Jumps, 10 PVC Pipe Good AMS
Warm Up 2:
Burgener Warm Up for Snatch: Do as group with (PVC Pipe, Empty BB) 5 Shrugs, 5 High Pulls, 5 Muscle Snatch, 5 Snatch Drops then as group review Part 1.
Part 1:
3 sets of 4 reps of Squat Snatches with pauses at mid shin and knee. Weight should be on lighter side to practice form. It is a PRACTICE DAY. Lets all get a little bit better.
Part 2:
AMRAP 7 – 10 Snatches, 20 KBS
Rx 75/55, 53/35, L2 65/45, 44/26 L1 55/35, 35/18

Newer Athletes Snatches => Hang Snatches, KBS => RKBS
Notes:
Part 1 Do with pauses and make sure to keep bar close and proper bar path. Part 2 Should be fast paced, 1-1:15 per round.
