Part 2: “Overtime” AMRAP 12 – 12 Box Jumps, 9 Cleans, 12/9 Cal Row. RX+ 185/135, RX 155/115, L2 135/95, L1 95/65
Notes: Complex should be done without stopping. Do a few light sets as warm-ups. WOD weight should be ~75% 1RM
METCON:
Part 1: BB Good AM’s, 3 x 10 BB Row.
Part 2: WOD Same w/ MB Squat Cleans.
