Part 2: AMRAP 7 –
5 T2B, 4 C2B,
3 Hang Squat Cleans,
2 Front Squats,
1 Split Jerk.
RX 155/105, L2 135/95, L1 95/65
Scale: T2B => K2W, C2B => Pullups => Ring Rows
Notes: Stimulus = Engine. Split Jerks should be a heavy 3, not a 3 RM, make sure to hit all reps. WOD is a sprint, you want to string as many reps together as possible for as long as possible before breaking up. Minimize rest.
