Buy in: 40/30 Cal Bike then 5 Rounds of 15 WBS, 10 V-Ups. Cash-out 200 DU.

Notes: Stimulus = Stamina/Endurance. Stagger start if more than 7 people. Buy In/Cashout shouls be about 3-4 min each, middle part 8-10 min.
