Part 1: Power Snatch Warm-up. EMO3M x 4 sets (6/4/3/2) at weights for WOD.

Part 2: For Time
20 Power Snatches (95/65, 75/55, 65/35)
5 Burpees
15 Power Snatches (105/75, 95/65, 75/55)
10 Burpees
10 Power Snatches (115/85, 105/75, 95/65)
15 Burpees
5 Power Snatches (135/95, 115/85, 105/75)
20 Burpees

Scale: Newer athletes can do hang power snatch. Can scale burpee qty if needed.

Notes: Stimulus = Cardio/muscle stamina.

Part 1 use the 4 weights for the WOD. This will be a good test and set-up for WOD. Part 2 should move steady as burpees go up and snatch goes down. Final weight should be challenging but not 1 RM challenging.
