General Warm Up:

10-8-6-4-2 of  (Light weight)
Dumbell Swings
Push Press – each side
Plank x 2

Stretch/Mobility:

Lat Stretch – 1 minute each arm
Couch Stretch – 1 minute each leg
Hamstring –  1 minute each leg
Internal Rotation for Shoulder – 1 minute per arm

Part 1:

EMOM 5 – 30 DUs (50 SUs) then Max Sit-Ups

Specific Warm Up:

lighter weight if possible
2 sets of, 1st set right, second set left
20 Ft Walking Lunge
6 Snatches

Part 2:

3 RFT of 20 (Right Hand) DB Suitcase lunges, 15 DB Snatch (Right),  20 (Left Hand) DB Suitcase lunges, 15 DB Snatch (Left)

RX 50/35, L2 40/25, L1 30/20

Lunges => No weight

Cooldown:

Roll out Hamstrings, Glutes and Upper Back
