10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 of Unbroken DU (3x SU) with a 100m Run after each completed set. (20 min cap)

Scaled = 2 sets.

Notes: Use the DU practice to work on consecutives and determine if you do RX, Scaled or SU.
