Notes
Your score is your slowest round. Rx’d requires that you can finish 30+ double unders in a row and consistently finish your 800m run in 3:30-3:40. The big secret to the workout is giving yourself a platform to excel. Try not to bury yourself
in double under reps or running distance if you know you struggle with these two movements. Instead, pick a moderately challenging double under variation or rep scheme. Also, pick a run that you can finish in less than 4:00 every round. The challenge in the workout should come from your willingness to push, not from feeling
buried by technical movements and volume. If you don’t finish a round within 5:00, then you will start the next round from the beginning at 5:01.
