Part 1: 6 Rounds of 5 BB Rollout and 5 T2Rack. Start a new round every 90 sec

Part 2: “No Drops”

50 DUS then 4 rounds of 6 – S2OH, 9 C2B, 12 TnG Cleans then 50 DUS.  Drop = 5 Burpees.

Rx 135/95, L2 115/75, L1 95/65

Notes: BB Rollouts use 15 or 25’s. No dropping at all during WOD, even on the last rep of cleans and S2O.

Scaling: Part 2: 100 SU, Scale with DB’s and/or jumping C2B.
