– Use two DBs for the carry.

Today’s workout is a long one. Be prepared to grind it out, push hard, and work on mental fortitude!

Keep the run to 5:00 or less; we’ll scale distance if needed, but if you’re able, choose to run today.

Shoot for unbroken lunge and sit-up sets the entire workout.

We’ll get everyone on the GHD during the warm-up, but note that this is a long higher-volume workout; we’ll scale accordingly to keep you safe and moving.

Keep breaks to a minimum and push yourself extra today!
