AMRAP 10 – 5 HSPU, 10 T2B, 15 Air Squats

Notes: Try to choose a scale that is still difficult for HSPU. Move quickly through WOD, your upper body will get a rest during Squats.

Scaling: Part 1: HS Hold -> 2 Wall Walks, Pullups -> 3 Negatives / 3-5 Banded Part 2: HSPU -> Abmats/Bear Crawl/Box, T2B -> K2W x 2.
