WHITE BOARD BRIEF

Target reps | 10-20 rounds.

The last time this workout was tested was on Jan 2nd at the start of the year. If you have been around since then, check your logbooks for previous scores. The Opens date was Oct 18, 2019.

This workout consists of short and quick rounds. This means that it’s easy to come out at a fast pace and burn out too soon.

Move at a consistent pace that allows for 1:00-2:00/round in the first half of the workout.

To meet that stimulus, the dumbbells should be light enough to always be able to do 4 quality reps.

Scale double-unders to singles if needed to finish in less than :30.

If you have done this workout before, tackle the T2B however you need to to be able to improve your score. For all others, we want to see the 6 reps done in 1-2 smooth sets every round.
