Part 1:

“Angie” For time:
100 pull-ups
100 push-ups
100 sit-ups
100 squats


“An-Gee” For Time
10 Rnds of
10 Pullups,
10 Pushups,
10 Situps,
10 Squats.

Notes: The chipper should push the muscular stamina while being metabolically taxing. Drop the reps and modify the movements for the exercises people struggle with. Try to avoid any one exercise taking more than 8 minutes. If doing the 10 Rounds break up the movements you struggle with and go unbroken on the others, short breaks.
