Skill: EMOM 10 – 30/30 DU practice. Use wiffle balls, boxes.

WOD:”Doh-see-doh”

Partner WOD.

Partner 1 – Row,

Partner 2 – 200m Run,

alternate after each run until 2000m Run complete.

Score = Meters Rowed and Time complete.

Notes: 2 goals = be fast and row as many meters as possible

METCON:

EMOM 8 – SU/DU 30/30, Tabata Planks.

WOD: Partner WOD – AMRAP 16, P1 Row 200m, P2 – 10 Ball Slams, 10 T2Rack. Alternate after each 200m Row.
