Part 1: Every 2:00 x 6 Rounds:
200 Meter Run
Max Kipping Handstand Push-ups Until the 1:20 Mark, Scale is Regular pushups.

Part 2: “Death Race”  Comptrain Benchmark WOD

5 RFT of 21/15 Cal Row and 10 Burpees.

Notes: Part 1 – Make sure you push on the runs, you will get 40 seconds of rest each round. Part 2 – Follow the burpee standards and hold to them.This is an all out effort WOD.
