Today is last day of challenge,woot, woot.  Remember to get weighed and measured, (esp before you make any eating changes) tally up points on challenge board and come in today for benchmark WOD.  Also a link below for info on how to transition from the 30 day challenge.

    I realized that I actually did 105 this am! Apparently my math skills were a little sketchy at 5:30am and I did more than I should have! That 5lbs makes a difference. Right?! 🙂
