Part 1: 15 minutes of Muscle Up Work, Pullups/T2B Kipping Work

Part 2: AMRAP 10 of 2 Bar MU, 4 Walking Lunges. Add 2 Bar MU and 4 Walking Lunges each round.

Scale: Bar MU -> C2B -> Pullups -> Ring Rows

Notes: Stimulus = Pacing/Muscular Endurance.

Part 1: 15 minutes to help athletes with MU work or kipping for pullups and T2B.

Part 2 Ascending ladder by 2 & 4 reps each round. Example 2 BMU, 4 Lunge, 4 BMU, 8 Lunge, 6 BMU, 12 Lunge, ….
