Part 1: 5 x 5 Strict T2B or 5 x 10 Strict K2W. Rest 1 min between sets. 5 x :20 L-Hold (Bar Hang) or 5x :20 Knee Up Hold.
Part 2: AMRAP 10 – 10 Pullups, 10 Walking Lunges, 10 Abmat Situps, 10 Walking Lunges.
Scale: Pullups -> Banded/Jumping/Ring Rows
Notes: Stimulus – Endurance.
Part 1 – Keep from swinging back to get momentum, use a box if needed. L-sit or Knees up accumulate :20 if needed. Part 2 uses all diff muscle groups so you should be able to move right through exercises.
