Part 1: Squat Clean – 10,8,6,4,2. Build to moderately heavy 2.

Part 2: “Signatures”

100 DU, 80 Abmat Situps, 60 Deadlifts, 40 DU, 20 Abmat Situps.

RX 135/95, L2 115/75, L1 95/55

Notes: Weight for Part 1 should feel heavy but there should be no failed reps because of the weight. On part 2 try to transition right to the next exercise with little rest. DL weight is meant to be lighter.

Scaling: Part 1 -> Front Squats, Part 2 -> SU x 2, KB DL
