Target Time | 10:00-15:00
• Today’s workout is a great combination of pulling and pushing. Look for the pushing to give you the most difficulty.
• On the rower, push a little harder than you want to. The goal is to complete these calories in 1:30 or less. If you know this is going to be challenging, look to scale the number of calories that you perform each round.
• It’s ok if the push-ups get challenging today, in fact, it’s what we want. Expect to break these sets up in to multiple sets and to take rest breaks to limit muscular fatigue. Consider a push-up option today that allows you to perform between 5-10 reps unbroken with every set you do. A little of struggle during these pushups is ok, but we don’t want to get caught gazing off into space.
