3 Rounds of 10 DB Thrusters, :30 sec Plank, 10 Pushups. Rest 1 minutes btw rnds.

WOD: 60 SU, 50 Ring Rows, 40 T2Rack, 30 KBS, 20 Goblet Squats, 10 Burpees.
