Part 1: EMOM 16 – 3-5 Strict Pull ups & 3-5 Strict T2B. Alternate
Part 2: AMRAP 10 – 10/8 Cal Row, 10 Burpees over Rower.
Scale: Pullups => Negs, Bands, RR, T2B => T2W, BORower => Reg Burpees
Notes: Stimulus = Endurance/pacing. Part 1 is 8 rnds of each, keep reps lower (3) if doing neg, 3-5 for others. WOD is about pacing, 10 min is not a sprint. Work at a steady pace with quick transitions.
