This workout is shorter compared to yesterday’s Pyramid Helen and the combination of load and volume will make it manageable for many athletes.
With the shorter time domain and lighter loads, we want to see athletes push the pace in the first half of the workout and fight to hang on in the second half. Complete the wall balls unbroken as long as possible and stick to very short rests once they need to be broken up.
Beginner and intermediate athletes should take advantage of only doing one rope climb by performing it as prescribed or to a shorter height. If this means that a few extra seconds of rest is needed before climbing, athletes can take that time.
Advanced athletes should start at a faster pace and see if they can hang on to one minute per round or faster.
