Strength: Snatch Complex – 1 Pos 2 High Pull, 1 Pos 1 Power Snatch, 1 Squat Snatch. Build to 75% 1 RM.
WOD: “Think about it”
AMRAP 10 – 2,4,6,8,10… of Power Snatch, Burpees over the Bar.
Use 75% of the strength.
Notes: Skill work should build to mod weight. WOD will start out fast but don’t fall into the trap. Pacing in the beginning will pay off at higher reps.
METCON
3×10 DB Snatch, 3 x 10 DB Row, 3 x 10 Inverted Rows.
WOD 50 RFT of 2 WBS, 2 Pushups, Burpees.
