2) 1000 m < 5:00
3) 1,500 m < 8:00
4) 2,000 m < 10:00
Each interval is meant to be rowed at a sustainable pace that you can replicate in subsequent intervals. Sprinting the first interval does no good if you are struggling the next three. Consider maintaining a pace that is 80-90% of your best effort.
