Today’s workout is a play on the CrossFit Games toes-to-bar and lunge event. This will demand a lot from the midline, and you should choose a KB option that allows for two sets each round. The level 2 option is a great scale for those who cannot do weighted sit-ups for reps. This workout should take no more than 12:00. If you feel like the movements are easy, then try to push for large and unbroken sets.
