Partition the runs and toes-to-bars as needed between partners.
Complete each set of toes-to-bar in 2:00 or less.
Break the runs into manageable distances that allow you and your partner to complete the 1.5-mile run in 12:00-13:00 or less.

Today’s workout aligns with our focus for the month of July. This is event 10 from the 2021 CrossFit Games.
There is a lot of volume in today’s workout, but you do get to split the work with a partner. You and your partner can break the toes-to-bar repetitions up however you deem necessary. As well as breaking the 2,400 meters (1.5 miles) into whatever distances you want.
You should choose distances and movement options that allow you and your partner to finish this workout in 30:00 or less. For the most part, this will be a “grind” type workout. This means the pace isn’t going to be “blazing” fast, however, you and your partner should be able to generally keep moving toward the finish line.
Because this is a longer workout, we are going to perform a quick general warm-up, then a little time working on our toes-to-bar options, and then jump right into the workout. If you have any questions about the workout or scaling options, don’t hesitate to ask.
If you are an advanced athlete and want to attempt today’s workout as an individual, then give it a go. That being said, the 30:00 or less time domain still applies. In the 2021 CrossFit Games, individuals were finishing anywhere from 21:00-25:00. So let that be a goal to shoot for.
